These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MySolarPrice, a service operated by Dynatric (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa, with offices at No 57, Kyalami Blvd, Kyalami Business Park, Midrand, Johannesburg (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using this website or submitting any form, you agree to these terms in full.

1. About MySolarPrice

MySolarPrice is an online platform that connects homeowners and businesses with solar installation companies (“Installers”) operating in South Africa. We do not install solar systems ourselves. We provide quotation estimates and lead generation services only. Payment processing is handled through our PayFast merchant account registered under Mustake.co.za, also operated by Dynatric (Pty) Ltd. The Mustake.co.za name appearing on the PayFast payment page does not affect the security or validity of your transaction.

2. Quote Requests

When you submit a quote request through our website:

  • The quotation generated is an estimate based on the information you provide and standard industry pricing. It is not a binding offer or guarantee of final installation cost.
  • Final pricing is subject to a site assessment by a qualified Installer.
  • By submitting your details, you consent to being contacted by MySolarPrice and matched Installers regarding your enquiry.

3. Installer Network

Installers who join our network agree to a separate set of terms governing lead fees, deposits, and conduct. MySolarPrice does not guarantee the quality, licensing, or workmanship of any Installer. We recommend you verify certifications and obtain multiple quotes before proceeding.

4. Payments and Deposits (Installers)

Installers are required to pay a deposit to activate their account and receive leads. Deposits are processed securely via PayFast.

  • Deposits are refundable upon written request to in**@**********ce.com, subject to a review of account activity.
  • Lead fees (R1,000 per lead) are deducted from the Installer’s deposit balance and are non-refundable once a lead has been delivered.
  • Lead delivery will be paused automatically if the Installer’s balance reaches zero.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dynatric (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Dynatric (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on quotations generated by this platform.
  • Any disputes between customers and Installers.
  • Any interruption, error, or unavailability of the website or its services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
